Tre’Shaun McCampbell joins Panola College July of 2025.

He comes to Panola College bringing a strong background in player development and collegiate coaching. He began his career as a Graduate Assistant with the Alabama State University Women’s Basketball program, where he contributed to practice planning, strength and conditioning, scouting, and game preparation during the team’s back-to-back Southwestern Athletic Conference Championship and NCAA tournament appearances in 2015 and 2016.

Since then, McCampbell has worked extensively as a personal trainer and skills coach, training over 500 athletes through private sessions, group workouts, and specialized agility and Vertimax programs. He has also coached elite athletes with programs such as Pro Skills, Team Lex, and Elite Academy Ducks, where he served as Team Director, helping prepare them to compete on a national stage. Known for his ability to develop well-rounded athletes, McCampbell emphasizes fundamentals, discipline, and confidence on and off the court.
